( A La LA Land original
creation - version 1.0 )
Game Objective:
To have all 52 cards in
your pile.
How To Play:
Begin game by clicking
"Start Game / Deal
Cards" button. Once cards
have been dealt, the total cards
in each pile will be 26 (half
the deck). The button will now
read "Play Cards".
When you click the button now,
player will be dealt the first
card; then the computer's card
will be dealt.
The cards dealt will
now be analyzed to see which
card has the higher value. The
card values are evaluated as
follows from highest to lowest
card:
Ace, King, Queen,
Jack, Ten, Nine, and so
on down to One.
Whoever has the higher
card value wins the hand. The
winner's pile total will
increase by one while the
loser's pile total will decrease
by one. The next time you click
the button, the winner's card
will be dealt first. The game
continues as described above
until someone has all 52 cards
in their pile, in which case the
game is over, or WAR
occurs.
WAR occurs when
the player and computer are
dealt the same card. If this
happens, the "Declare War
Area" will fill up with
cards one at a time beginning
with the player's area. Three
cards will be dealt face down
and the fourth card will be
dealt face up.
First card represents "I"
Second card represents
"DO"
Third card represents "DECLARE"
Fourth card represents
"WAR"
The cards that are face up
will be evaluated to see which
card has the higher value.
Whoever has the higher card
value wins WAR. The
winner's pile will be
increased by 5 (the loser's
card that caused war plus the
loser's 4 war cards) and the
loser's pile will be decreased
by 5.
If the cards that are
face up are the same, the
"Declare War Area"
will be cleared out and WAR
will be declared again as
described above. The points will
distributed as follows, the
winner's pile will increase by 9
(the loser's card that caused
war plus the loser's 8 war cards
[4 cards from first round of war
and 4 cards from second round of
war]) and the loser's pile will
be decreased by 9. WAR
will be declared as many times
as necessary until the face up
cards are different.
When the game is over,
you will be asked whether you
want to play again.
That's the game in a
nutshell.
GOOD LUCK and ENJOY!!
